However, the manufacturer specifically excludes from this limited lifetime warranty failures due to the improper installation of the tile, falling objects, abuse, misuse, negligence, vandalism, fire, exposure to extreme temperature, or accidents, to name a few. Also, color matching of the replacement material is restricted to the currently available production items or materials that is in the manufacturer’s existing inventory.
