The service was great and I was happy to have found an accurate match as I could't find any locally. My only complaint was that 2 of the screws were missing from the bag. I didn't call or email as my husband used screws we had, however, it was annoying that they were missing.

We are restoring a buffet piece and really thought we would have to replace all of the hardware, which would detract from the piece because the outline of the original hardware would show. We were able to find the exact match on your website so that was just PERFECT!
