RescueWhile replacing bath faucets in our shower, the plumber broke the tile. Thank goodness we found Allied Trade- Floor ans Surfaces, they had the tile the plumber could not find. In a rush to finish, the plumber wanted to replace the broken tile with plain white ceramic tile, your representatives saved the day and rescued my bathroom from a mis-matched disaster. Exactly what I was looking for!This tile is exactly what I was looking for. The tile houses in Houston (and even Home Depot) couldn't get anything close for several weeks and I got these in a matter of days and much cheaper too. Love them and can't wait to put them in.

Kitchen backsplash insertsThe metal inserts that we ordered were just as they appeared on the website. They look beautiful on our kitchen backsplash. We realized after laying out the tile and inserts that we were short by one tile, so I emailed to see if I could just buy one tile (they come in packages of six). They could ship us one but it would cost $15 for the tile and $15 for the shipping charges. The shipping charge seemed a little steep for me for just one tile. Anyway, we may do a metal mural behind the stove or end up ordering the one tile to the tune of $30. I think that was the only disappointing thing about our order.
