review of 0470 - sash lift

Very good customer sevice. Even though there was a slight delay in filling our small order, we received a personal phone call to inform us that the hardware was on back order. Also they were able to double check a dimension of the product during this phone call. We will definitely order from ATG Stores again in the future.

great product - no instructions

Great product. Great service. But, I had a difficult time attaching my window latches as they came with no instructions (probably easy for most people).
