When the leaves start to turn and the stores start selling all things pumpkin-spice flavored, we know it's time to mix up our drink menu. This Apple Cider Mimosa has a little bit of spice and a refreshing kick that's sure to brighten up any autumn brunch.
Fall is often associated with heavy, thick beverages, but this drink is a crisp and airy alternative your guests will love! (P.S.: You might want to buy a few bottles for mixing – you can't have just one!)
Yields 12-14 Mimosas
Wet the rim of your champagne flutes with water and dip into the silver sprinkles to coat. Fill your glasses with ½-¾ apple cider. Pop the champagne and top off each. Garnish the rim with a thin slice of apple to add festive cheer.
